Job Description:
Description: Onsite position Manager wants only local
candidates. -Strong experience in construction preferably in
Industrial construction -Solid experience in leading a project.
Summary: Encompasses construction project management, space
utilization, repair, and compliance with safety policies and
regulations for buildings and grounds. Responsible for integrating
plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of
operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
Reviews, estimates, and manages costs including equipment,
installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related
costs. Develops criteria and performance specifications for
facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating
requirements and building and safety codes. Requirements: Applies
leadership and extensive technical engineering expertise and has
full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develops and resolves
solutions to complex technical problems which require the regular
use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is performed without day to
day direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining
technical objectives of an assignment. Completed work is reviewed
from a relatively long term perspective for desire results.
Represent the organization as the primary technical lead on a
project. Interacts regularly with senior personnel and leads
matters that require significant coordination between
organizations. Education: Experience: 10 Years -A 4 year degree in
an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university is
preferable. -Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural
Engineering primary focus, Electrical or Mechanical with right
construction project management experience will be considered. -
Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, PMP credentials is a
plus, and MS engineering degree are plus. N esco Resource and
