Job Description Associate Director of Hospital Medicine
Opportunity in Rome, NY We are seeking a Board-Certified Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a respected medical
team in Rome, New York. This leadership position combines clinical
responsibilities with administrative oversight, supporting the
Medical Director while working in a collaborative, well-staffed
hospital environment. Position Highlights: Full-time,
hospital-employed role Competitive base salary: $292,000–$325,000

hospital policies, mission, and values Participate in staffing,
scheduling, and census management Collaborate with the Emergency
