Job Description PERMANENT Nocturnist Hospitalist – Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Syracuse, New York $320,320 Base $15K Bonus | 7-On/7-Off | No Call | Epic EMR Position Snapshot 365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nocturnist (IM or FM) for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Syracuse, New York. This is a high-quality, physician-led inpatient program offering a predictable block schedule, strong specialty support, and competitive compensation in a stable employed model. Schedule & Coverage Model - 7-On / 7-Off rotation - 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Weekends included in rotation - No additional on-call requirement - Full-time employed position Predictable blocks allow for true work-life balance while maintaining strong income stability. Practice Overview - Hospital-based inpatient medicine - Closed ICU overnight (hospitalist rounds on own patients) - Established nocturnist workflow - Strong subspecialty and critical care backup - Collaborative multidisciplinary team - Physician-led governance structure - EMR: Epic This is a mature, well-supported program — not a startup model.
