Job Description Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel Polysomnographer for a travel job in Saranac Lake, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Polysomnographer - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 10 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel ? Position: Sleep Technologist (Polysomnography) Location: Saranac Lake, New York Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (some exceptions during orientation or unit closure) Start Time: 6:00 PM End Time: 6:30 AM Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts Schedule: - No weekends - No on-call ? Requirements: - New York State Licensure – MUST be licensed in NY to practice as a Sleep Technologist (typically a Polysomnographic Technologist license or equivalent) - BLS Certification – Required Additional Notes: - This is likely a contract/travel position, often appealing for RPSGTs or CRTs with sleep specialization. - The no weekend/on-call requirement is a big plus for work-life balance. - Orientation may slightly reduce hours in the first week, which is common for travel roles.
