rotating - Employment Type: Local Contract Clinical Pharmacist –
$105K–$121K | Samaritan Medical Center | Watertown, NY Permanent
Full-Time | Rotating 8-hr Shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights) | Rotating
Weekends Samaritan Medical Center is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist
to join our high-performing pharmacy team in Watertown, NY! What
You'll Do: - Participate in interdisciplinary care rounds with
physicians & nurses - Review & verify med histories, orders,
dosing, interactions, and indications - Ensure compliance with
hospital, state, CMS, and Joint Commission standards - Compound
sterile IVs (USP 797 & 800) - Act as a clinical drug info resource
- Support technician staff and maintain medication safety protocols
What You Need: - PharmD from an accredited school - NY State
Pharmacist License (Required) - 1–2 years hospital experience
preferred (not required) Salary & Benefits: - Annual Salary:
$105,206.40 – $121,971.20 - 24 PTO days in Year 1 - 401(k) with
match - Full benefits starting 1st of the month after 30 days -
