Job Description:

Adecco is seeking an experienced Finance Tax ADP Payroll Analyst candidates for an immediate and possible contract to hire position in the Rochester area

The Finance Tax ADP Payroll Analyst will support Payroll functions and could possibly be a temp to hire contract!

The candidate responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o- Analyze, audits, reconcile and resolves complete payroll processing

o- Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with policy

o- Resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and wage/hour issues for payroll processing

o- Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries

o- Work with System Programmers to achieve solutions

Requirements

o- 2 year degree required in finance, Business or related field

o- Knowledge of industry practices

o- Excellent problem solving skills

o- Intermediate skills in MS office

o- Accounting Accounts Payable software a plus

o- 2+ years work experience as a Payroll Analyst

o- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, liaison between internal and external contacts

o- Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast paced environment

o- ADP & Tax experience
