Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An occupational
therapy professional is needed for a contract position in
Rochester, NY, working within a school setting. This opportunity
focuses on providing specialized OT services to middle school-aged
students and young adults up to 22 years, addressing a varied
caseload including multiple disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder,
Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, and Traumatic Brain Injury.
Position Details: - Contract Duration: Immediate start through
6/26/26 - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM -
Weekly Hours: 37.5, with 7.5 hours each workday - Location:
Creekside School, Fairport, NY - Caseload: Students with a range of
disabilities requiring tailored occupational therapy interventions
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to
develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each
student's needs - Implement therapeutic activities that enhance
students' functional abilities, promoting independence and skill
acquisition - Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
to support integrated student progress - Document treatment plans,
progress notes, and maintain accurate records in compliance with
regulatory standards - Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate a
diverse student population with complex developmental challenges
Desired Qualifications: - Licensed Occupational Therapist with
experience in school-based settings - Proficiency in addressing
needs associated with Autism, developmental delays, cerebral palsy,
and brain injuries - Strong communication skills for effective
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams - Ability to manage a
diverse caseload and develop creative intervention strategies This
