Description About thePosition: Provide administrativeand project management support services for National Grid's Commercial andIndustrial electric and gas energy efficiency, demand reduction and climatechange initiatives. Focus is supporting Energy Efficiency (EE) Sales Processingof customer incentive applications and contracts for efficiency products and services.Support includes data entry, sales performance reporting, and projectmanagement with respect to customers, vendors, suppliers, engineers, architectsand other trade allies involved in customer efficiency projects andapplications. PositionResponsibilities (including but not limited to): Provide project management tasks including tracking probability of completion and anticipated completion dates as well as follow-up calls for tracking project status. Review customers and efficiency measures and proposed devices for program eligibility. Produce historical energy use reports such as Bill Review and Energy Profiler Online. Enter paper or electronic application submittals in InDemand Electric and InDemand Gas. Follow up with sales/technical sales, customers, vendors, and program managers to collect and review documentation required to process applications including but not limited to equipment data sheets, price quotations, invoices, survey forms and signatures. Support robust analysis that supports forecasting efforts and quality assurance of targeted savings achievements. Prepare customer reports and pre-approval letters. Develop spreadsheets for cost-benefit analysis of projects as directed. Prepare various ad-hoc reports used for tracking and sales performance. Knowledge& Experience Required: Highly motivated, self-starter with strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under strict budget and time constraints. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally to the organization. Ability to work successfully in teams with co-workers as well as independently with minimal supervision. Highly motivated to take an assignment and progress independently. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft products including Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, applications such as software such as InDemand, Salesforce, CSS, and CRIS systems is helpful but not required. Knowledge of the electric and gas industry and energy efficiency programs preferred. Travel to various locations for training and/or meetings and well as be available to work storm assignments as needed by the company. Bachelor's degree preferred or in lieu of a degree, equivalent working experience may be considered. Concentration in sustainability, energy, marketing or business related technical discipline desired. 3-5 years of recent experience in energy efficiency programs desired.
