Responsibilities:
--- Travel daily within the assigned territory to engage with
clients in person

--- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
--- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing
follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
--- Utilize CRM software to effectively track and manage daily
tasks, appointments, and sales activities
--- Educate potential customers on the unique benefits and features
of our home warranty products
--- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize
lead-generation and conversion strategies
--- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge
and refine sales techniques for greater success
Qualifications:
--- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales
targets
--- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
--- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
software to track and manage sales activities
--- Confident in delivering group presentations and engaging in
public speaking
--- Self-motivated with a "road warrior" mentality, comfortable
with regular travel and face-to-face client engagement
