Position Summary: Our Outside Sales Representatives sell security systems to new and existing customers through both self-generated and company-provided leads. Our Outside Sales Representative ensures customer satisfaction. Job Duties: Outside Sales Representative will:Generate leads for new sales.Meet with existing and prospective customers to sell new systems and system upgrades.Process all appropriate documentation.Follow-up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.Generate proposals.All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other job duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Outside Sales Representative must have:1-2 years of experience in outside sales preferred.Effective outside sales, customer service, and communication skills.Base knowledge of security systems preferred.Self-starter and have excellent follow-up skills.Knowledge of the Watertown area preferred.Valid driver's license.High school or equivalent degree Pay and Benefits: Doyle Security Systems, Inc. offers a base salary with an excellent commission plan plus full benefits package including health/dental, paid time off, disability and life insurances and a company-matched 401k.
