Full-Time | Starting at $24/hr Looking for a leadership role where
retail meets community impact? Join Arc Herkimer Goods Store as our
next Store Manager ! You’ll lead a dynamic team, keep the store
running smoothly, and create an outstanding experience for both
customers and donors—all while supporting a mission that empowers
people with disabilities. What You’ll Do Oversee daily store
operations & staff schedules Drive sales while keeping expenses in
check Keep the store safe, clean, and well-stocked Train, motivate,
and evaluate your team Build relationships with customers and local
donors Schedule May include days (7am–3pm), evenings (12pm–8pm),
and weekends. One Sunday per month is required. What We’re Looking
For 5 years retail experience required 5 years supervisory
experience required High School Diploma or GED required
(Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred) Strong leadership,
problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50
