Job Description:

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

• To at all times display a can-do attitude when working with co-workers, managers, and GUESTS!
• Actively promotes an OPOG culture with each and every guest and team member to ensure a perfect stay for our guests.
• Accept and complete all maintenance work orders and requests by supervisors and guests in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure all equipment and systems are fully operational, safe and in good working condition.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual preventative maintenance in all suites and public areas; as well as correct any deficiencies in these areas.--
• Ensures all required documents, logs, and reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Take proper care of all equipment and supplies needed in the maintenance department.
• Keep shops, work areas and all storage areas clean, tidy and organized daily; inventory supplies as needed.--
• Quality of all work must ensure that the appearance and working order of the building and grounds meets or exceeds Homewood Suites by Hilton Standards
• Responds immediately when on-call; in person or by phone
• Snow removal as needed.
• Responds to fire and emergency procedures by following established procedures.--
• Follows all safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and team members alike; complies with OSHA standards as necessary; maintains Lost and Found, and Key Control procedures as established
• Participates in Extended Stay Touch Program: sends letter/note to extended stay guests.--
• Participates in creating an I AM SALES Culture: turns in sales leads to the sales department, delivers the highest level of service to all guests to help build loyalty, thanks guests for staying and asks them to return.
• Any and all duties as assigned by General Manager.Required qualifications:
  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
