Job Description:
Career Start is currently seeking Industrial Maintenance
Mechanic's for leading food manufacturers. To be considered for the
Industrial Maintenance Mechanic should have the knowledge/skill of
reading and interpreting blueprints, machine assembly, and must
have the ability to troubleshoot and repair production line
equipment. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible
for troubleshooting and repair of machines and facility electrical
and mechanical systems including heating, ventilation,
chilling/cooling, compressed air, water supply, and other
equipment.*Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance
Mechanic:** Assess equipment, perform adjustments, repair/replace
as needed.* Make modifications and perform upkeep on existing
equipment.* Support a full range of complex layout, assembly, and
precise installation for new and used equipment.* Keep legible,
detailed, and accurate records and logs.* Minimize downtime by
utilizing skills to create operational efficiencies.*Requirements
of the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic:** High School diploma or
General Education Degree (GED). Electrical/mechanical trade school
(preferred).* Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Equipment
Maintenance experience.* Ability to read and interpret
instructions, including blueprints and machine assembly.* Ability
to work overtime/weekends and rotate shifts, as
