and NC is seeking hard-working HRSC Technicians ready to jumpstart

benefits.POSITION DESCRIPTIONParratt-Wolff's High Resolution Site
Characterization (HRSC) Technicians are trained by our experienced
drilling and management staff on the safe operation of direct push
technology (DPT) and other environmental drilling procedures. HRSC
Technicians with a technical knowledge in the safe operation of
environmental drilling procedures are then mentored by certified
HRSC Technicians in the field operation of the various Direct Image
technologies including Membrane Interface Probe (MIP), Hydraulic
Profiling Tool (HPT), and Optical Image Profiler (OIP). Following
DPT training and Direct Image Certification, HRSC Technicians are
responsible for all aspects of the field operation and are expected
to operate the HRSC technologies, direct the DPT Operators in
completing the scope of work, keep official logs of work completed,
edit, and post process field logs, and communicate with clients and
managers on work progress and field changes.Expected Hours of
Work:Stable year-round work consistently offers 40 hours with

mechanical background is helpful, but not mandatory.A geology or
other science background is helpful, but not mandatory.This is an
entry level position as a HRSC Technician with opportunity for
growth.Responsibilities and DutiesWork alongside licensed driller
to support all aspects of drilling operations.Work alongside
certified HRSC Operator to support all aspects of HRSC
logging.Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditionsWork with
and around heavy machineryWork in loud and physically demanding
conditionsWear the appropriate PPE when requiredDevelop
understanding of the capabilities of HRSC technologies, log
advancement, quality assurance testing, system
maintenance/optimization and troubleshooting procedures.Work with
senior staff to evaluate HRSC data with analysis
software.Effectively lead field teams to complete the scope of work
safely and efficiently.Participate in Parratt-Wolff's
behavior-based health and safety program.Benefits$18 - $25/hr.

B license. We will provide DIRECT IMAGE CERTIFICATION TRAINING for

MIP, HPT, and OIP Certification, preferred.CDL A or B and OSHA
Hazwoper Training is a plus.BS or BA in Geology, Chemistry,
Engineering, or Environmental Sciences, preferred.40-hour OSHA
Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER)
certification, preferred.Current annual 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher
training certificate, preferred.TravelThis position requires travel
Monday through Friday with some opportunity for weekend
