The primary responsibility as an Association Dicurbursement Analyst is the processing of disbursement requests and creating letters. This includes reviewing disbursement requests for completeness and accuracy and processing requests that are in good order through the Equitable Administrative System. Task also includes preparing correspondence to customers whose requests are missing requirements and performing verification of the previous day's transactions. This role is 100% remote Qualifications College graduate or equivalent with one-year experience, preferably in an Operations/Processing or Financial Markets environment. Reliable; ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards. Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and spirit of cooperation in a team environment. Analytical skills, combined with strong business writing ability. Skills Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Customer Support Operations: Knowledge of customer support techniques, tools, technologies, and best practices; ability to utilize all aspects of customer support operations to manage a call center. Customer Support Systems: Knowledge of principles and techniques used in customer support and ability to use applications, hardware, software, networking, and the applications environment used for customer support. Customer Support: Trends and Directions: Knowledge of the marketplace and new developments in customer support; ability to predict trends related to the Customer Call Center or Support function. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Results Orientation: Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. The base salary range for this position is $31,000 - 50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
