Resposibilities: Lead Business Analyst, will be part of the Wealth Management Field Compensation team and will be responsible for critical process involving the Field Senior Management team as well as the process of various complex compensation programs with a keen eye in process improvement. The Manager will help drive Process design thinking, perform critical analysis, build out specific compensation models. Qualifications 2 years of experince,Relevant Technical skills and experience required: Exceptional knowledge of SQL (editing,writing) and relational databases, Excel and Access, some knowledge of Power BI/Tableau for working with large datasets. Bachelor's in Information technology related field. Ability to work in a fast-paced enviroment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to translate complicated technical topics into clear, concise statements. Self-starter with ability to think outside the box to deliver solutions and solve business problems. Extensive use of Vlookup/Hlookup/Pivot tables. Extensive knowledge of working with and reconciling Big Data. Working knowledge of linking multiple tables (Excel, SQL dataware houses, Access database) to produce highly streamlined or automated reporting. Skills Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals. Data Gathering and Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to gather and analyze data on the learning needs of a target population. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. The base salary range for this position is $84,000 to $122,00. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
