This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for a Project Architect to mentor, coach, develop and promote for long-term success.Project Architect Qualifications:7-10 years' experience.Professional degree in Architecture from a US accredited school.Recent experience managing and designing single family residential projects.Understanding of custom residential construction materials, methods, and detailing.High proficiency in REVIT BIM software.Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve.Strong collaboration and team communication skills.Project Architect Responsibilities:Client/Contractor/Consultant relationship builder from presentation stage through construction administration.Create/manage development of detailed construction documents and specifications.Mentoring/junior staff to advance areas of strength and interest.What does the Firm offer you?Very competitive Base and Bonus structure.Great opportunity for growth, including partnership or stock options!Full Benefits, 3% match on 401k up to 6%!!Over 100 Years in business!
