Apply and start your journey today The SAP/S4 - Director/Technical Lead will be tasked with the following responsibilities: Be accountable for leading the successful delivery of multiple complex programs or projects Own the customer relationship of the project, partnering with other key stakeholders including vendors to attain the business goals and objectives Achieve excellent knowledge across one or more lines of business both from a product and an operational perspective Achieve an excellent understanding of application programming, database and system design Partner with the business and IT senior management to provide input to Equitable's strategic plan Work with more senior Project Delivery Managers as well as the Relationship Manager to understand the overarching business strategy and objectives in order to develop technology solutions Actively seek and apply innovative solutions based on new and emerging technologies to improve overall Business and IT efficiency and effectiveness Achieve a basic understanding of Agile principles and techniques and how they can be used in a more traditional project management environment (i.e., daily scrums, backlogs, user stories, frequent planning and demos, and retrospectives). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: --- College Degree required --- 10 years of multiple, end-to-end, full cycle SAP implementation experience --- 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP's system administration tool(s) such as BASIS --- Technical understanding (e.g., SAP functionality/processes, table/data structures) of SAP Enterprise Management, especially S4/HANA --- Prior experience of 10 years on Interface (from source systems) development knowledge/capabilities and extensive BAU support experience (e.g., feed validation, error resolution, mapping maintenance) --- SAP report development/support experience (e.g., BW/BO, Cloud Analytics), especially around creating/maintaining tables, views, and user queries.
