and sales channels. Job Summary Exciting opportunity to play a key
role in delivering impactful communications for internal audiences
that support Comcast Advertising. The Specialist, Communications,
will be responsible for driving efficiency and consistency through
our team by supporting and executing the day-to-day operations of
the Comcast Advertising Communications editorial channels and
processes. You will also help enable and execute communications
strategies that support key stakeholder and business objectives,
long-term goals, and projects. As a key contributor to the team,
you will be responsible for integrating executional excellence and
best practices into the way we work every day. This person will be
expected to work with the team across multiple initiatives,
customers and stakeholders, and projects. This includes
understanding and utilizing existing content strategies, applying
applicable style and brand guidelines, and working in a CMS
(content management system) to help deliver effective communication
tactics such as posting intranet articles, email communications,
newsletters, etc. Job Description Core Responsibilities Support
day-to-day operations for the Comcast Advertising Communications
team, including editorial content, calendar planning/management,
and tactical execution. Support the establishment and management of
editorial best practices to deliver timely and effective messaging,
using a high impact writing style and format. Adopt and maintain
team templates, style guides, distribution lists and other resource
materials. Understand our digital channels and best practices for
digital content and work to apply knowledge across Comcast
Advertising communications content. Work closely with subject
matter experts and the Comcast Advertising communications team to
ensure messaging is consistent with the broader editorial content
strategy. Write and develop content to be shared across internal
communications channels including but not limited to articles,
newsletters, email messages, Teams communicator alerts, and other
core communications collateral. Manage Comcast Advertising
communications channels. For example, monthly/quarterly All-Teams
Calls – sending invitations, working with IT on set-up. Create
design elements, including digital signage and key imagery for
campaigns, using existing brand guidelines. Regular, consistent and
punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends,
variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and

Organization, Writing Compensation Primary Location Pay Range:
$35.08 - $52.62 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate
base pay within this range, dependent on job-related,
non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application
window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of
applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base pay is one
part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and
recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are
eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan,
while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may
