The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for marketing in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns. Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Collaborate on branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Support campaign management across different marketing channels, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and media presence. Assist in advertising campaigns, including digital and print media. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and engagement. Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve marketing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors. Strong skills in content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in market research and analytics tools. Experience with branding and campaign management. Familiarity with public relations and advertising strategies. Proficient in project management and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho, and MailChimp. Understanding of SEO best practices and strategies. Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to produce reports and presentations.
