Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the treatment team, providing holistic care to adult and geriatric patients by utilizing the nursing process to address physiological, psychological, and safety needs.
Analyzes clinical data, builds rapport, and gathers timely patient information using effective communication techniques.
Develops therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and patient engagement in the healing process.
Provides nursing care aligned with Maslow--------s needs, monitors vital signs, assists with ADLs, and responds to emergencies.
Ensures patient safety by identifying risks and intervening proactively.
Implements psychotherapeutic interventions, crisis management, and promotes healthy behaviors.
Collaborates with the healthcare team, communicates effectively, and participates in treatment planning.
Utilizes knowledge of medications, monitors for side effects, and educates patients on health and wellness.
Performs routine clinical tasks accurately and documents appropriately.
Leads unit activities, mentors staff, and contributes to department development.
Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of psychiatric or chemical dependency experience preferred.
