We are seeking full time License Practical Nurses (LPN's) to join our practice and the position is to include days, some evenings and occasional weekends. 10% shift differential pay for evening (5pm - 9pm) weekday and weekend hours worked.Responsibilities include: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) obtain vitals, intake process, work with provider to assist with patient visit, administer injections, perform ECGs, telephone triage, phlebotomy, place orders and refill Prescriptions at the Providers request.
  Job Requirements:

  • Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
  • Strong critical thinking skills

They will oversee the care team that consists of nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Diabetic Educators who might interact with the patients when they visit the office.
