Diversity is important to us; we are proudly an Equal Opportunity Employer striving for innovation and growth both for our employees and our Company.SUMMARY AND PURPOSECustomer service-oriented IT Technician to provide day-to-day hands-on support to the organization's end users on a variety of issues; identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems; responds to ticket system, telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support; documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolutions. This position interfaces directly with internal customers and various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving and communication skills, and have advanced knowledge of various operating systems, software programs, and computer related hardware. Other areas of responsibility include but are not limited to LAN support, break/fix, software/hardware upgrades, application installations, image management, and inventory management. This position will work closely with other members of the IT Department to drive reported incidents to closure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Responsible for configuration, deployment, operation and administration of all PCs, operating systems and network attached devices.
  • Install configure and support all Office 365 applications including Teams communications.
  • Create and deploy PCs using imaging technologies and manage images to keep them up to date.
  • Assist employees in utilizing appropriate applications and implementation of network and PC applications.
  • Learn client installation and support of Profit Key ERP system.
  • Assist with network server hardware and administrative tasks.
  • Drive to improve knowledge and work towards Systems Administrator role.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • PC builds, imaging, new hire administrative setups for PC and training.
  • Routine desk side support for hardware, software and network issues.
  • Conduct corporate telecommunications and network assessments and recommend strategies to maximize efficiency and cost for IT solutions.
  • Assist in bringing AI technologies to the business that can help automate and lighten workloads.
  • Conduct training as requested.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education:
    • A.S. in network technology or similar preferred with additional technical certifications in personal computer hardware, software, servers, LAN/WAN or telecommunications. CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP are all desirable certifications for this role.
      • Experience:
      • Two to three year's experience in desktop support and network administration preferred, with one year experience with local and wide area networks.
      • Experience in cloud technologies and migrations to Azure or AWS is a plus.BENEFITS
