Description:
Designer position available in the telecommunications industry. Will be responsible for design routes QGIS, Google Earth, or similar programs, and GIS experience is a plus. Thorough training is provided to all new hires.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  
• Designing commercial and residential telecommunication plan routes using QGIS, Google Earth, or related software.
  
• Assess client, pole, and power company records
  
• Utilizing field data to plan routes.
  
• Decision-making on route efficiency and cost.
  
• Working and coordinating with a team of 5-10 people to cooperate on area plans.
  
• Maintaining project records.
  
• Updating plans based on feedback, standard changes, or revisions
  
  Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, including Google Suites, QGIS, and Google Earth experience.
    
  • Attention to detail.
    
  • Time management.
    
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements or requests.
    
  • Interpersonal communication skills.
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • Associates or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
      
    • One year experience in Google Suites.
