- FORMTEXT Data entry of vendor invoices in accounting system timely allowing for discounts to be maximized, manual review invoices from PO and match everything up, call vendors for any disputes, inquire about discounts provided. Charge expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts. Ensure credit memos are received and entered timely. Reconile vendor statements to vendor ledger for accuracy. Other tasks as requested.
