*The Position: *
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a *Contact Center Hybrid* who
aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the
right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve
financial success, and our vision to be the most admired
organization in every community we serve. You will assist with
performing call center job duties and management of digital
communication channels. Serves as a backup for the virtual account
opening, as needed. Manage and expand relationships with members
and potential members by providing professional and quality member
service and sales that meets or exceeds member expectations.
Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication via; telephone,
email, chat, and/or video.
*What You'll Do: *
As a *Contact Center Hybrid *your primary responsibilities will
* Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
and perform responsibilities outlined for Call Center
* Manage incoming member digital communication via chat and
* Process virtual deposit account applications as needed to back up
Virtual Service Specialists.
* Accesses 3rd party programs (Compass, Deluxe) to troubleshoot
issues with external transfers and review incoming check order
* Meet or exceed individual competencies and goals while also
contributing to the overall goals of the organization.
* Verify and maintain member information captured in Core and CRM
* Uphold the mission and vision that align with AmeriCU's core
values and strategic direction.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable compliance and
operational risk controls in accordance with credit union or
regulatory standards and policies (BSA and the SAFE Act).
