&featureemb_logo We are now seeking a full-time Fulfillment
Associate to ensure that every pet tag, product and letter we send
is on the mark. About the Role Playing a significant role in order
fulfillment, the successful candidate will be responsible for
preparing pet tags, mailing letters, organizing promotional
packages, conducting inventory and helping maintain a safe, clean
and enjoyable work environment. This role is an excellent fit for
organized, team-oriented, and process-driven individuals.
Responsibilities: Preparing and Fulfilling Orders Printing
receipts, letters and mailing inserts Picking and etching pet tags
Packing orders with pet tags and related products Processing
postage runs Printing, stuffing and sending reminder letters using
automated machinery Helping Maintain the Department---s Reputation
Conducting regular inventory counts Receiving and stocking
inventory Conducting routine quality assurance checks Solving
issues related to ---stuck--- or otherwise delayed orders Helping
ensure that all orders and letters are sent as quickly as possible
Proposing methods for improving productivity and quality Helping
Keep the Facility Running Smoothly Coordinating with vendors
Conducting routine maintenance on equipment Sweeping and tidying
Communicating with team members Ensuring the Security of Data
Coordinating with printing vendors Ensure packages are mailed in a
timely manner Restocking and other organizational tasks as needed
Miscellaneous Duties as Required DocuPet is a team-orientated
environment where everyone supports each other to help get the job
done. This means that at any time you may be asked to help out with
another department. Additional duties may include, but are not
limited to: Data entry Data manipulation Requirements: To be
successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following
attributes and skills: Strong organizational skills and attention
to detail Must be reliable and adaptable Must possess the ability
to work quickly and accurately to meet our daily output goals Must
be computer proficient and native to online systems such as
Microsoft Office and Google Drive Must be reliable and adaptable
Work Environment: Our work environment is very clean and secure. We
follow all recommended health and safety protocol. Parking is
readily available on site at no cost. Must be able to stand for
long periods Must be able to lift/carry heavy boxes occasionally

exact hours TBD Salary: From $35,000.00 per year (Full Time)
COVID-19 considerations: Our fulfillment team members interact with
no more than 5 people directly as part of their work. Other
meetings with the larger team are conducted via Zoom. We are
required to be double-vaccinated. Mask requirements are set by the
building and follow local guidelines. Masks are currently optional
in the building, but this is subject to change. We still encourage
wearing them in the office space when social distancing is not
possible. Disposable masks, sanitizer and a thermometer for
temperature checks are available on site.
