Liverpool is searching for skilled & responsible Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Leaders to aide our very busy
160-bed Skilled Nursing facility in Liverpool, NY. We are in growth
mode and just completed a beautiful renovation our facility
including investing in new state of the art equipment for our
The position is FULL TIME, Evening Shift
(2:00 PM - 10:15 PM) with an every other weekend &
holiday rotation. As a part time employee you'll have a set
schedule with consistent days off and holiday rotations to
provide you with a great work/life balance. We have openings on our
Short Term/Rehabilitation Unit (40 Beds) as well as our Long Term
Care Units (60 beds).

What our LPN Team Leaders
LPN team members assist in ensuring the general
health and well-being of our residents by providing direct nursing
care. Direct nursing care of residents encompasses planning,
developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the care of
residents to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and
regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

What it takes to be a LPN
- Credentials as a
Licensed Practical Nurse with a current New York State license
- Training and work
experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
