Job Description:
Well hello there! Kimco is a wicked awesome recruiting firm that
has partnered up with a great organization in Syracuse that is
looking for Corporate Customer Service Reps. This is a full time
direct hire position that offers a consistent 40 hours a week in a
collaborative work environment. Our client is involved in the
emergency industry, thus, this is a position that TRULY makes an
impact on people's lives, here is a breakdown of duties and desired
skills/experience:Core Duties:* Process both inbound and outbound
calls from customers* Provide detail oriented customer support *
Follow company procedures and protocols at all times* Work with a
purpose and sense of urgency to assist customersDesired
Experience:* Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred* 2+
years of customer facing experience (retail and/or service
background is great!)* Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, and
typing skillsThe pay here is $16/hr, apply today!
