Penski Staffing a CorTech is a service-oriented
staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our
clients. We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant -
Temporary in the Syracuse, NY 13203 area.40 hours per week, Monday
-FridayPayrate $15.00, Assignment Duration 6 weeks and could be
extended.SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:Minimum 1+ years Office
Assistant prior experience, preferably with some customer
service.Strong written, verbal communication skills needed.Prior
data entry inputting experience needed.Proficient MS Office skills
(Word, Excel, Outlook).Math aptitude - good with numbers; strives
for accuracy; excellent at proofreading.Must like to be super busy
- excellent organizational, time management skills needed.Must like
to work with the public in a fast-paced office.Responsibilities
will include providing organizational overflow support for this
fast-paced management office and providing excellent customer
service to residents, visitors, contractors, and co-workers. Other
duties will include, but not be limited to, answering phones,
greeting incoming visitors, processing incoming/outgoing mail,
preparing office correspondence and completion of forms,
maintaining files, and ordering and maintaining inventory of office
