Customer Support Team Assistant
As a Customer Support Team Assistant, you will fill a critical role ensuring all account data is valid and up to date and contributing to our overall mission of protecting life and property.
Responsibilities Include:

• 
  
• Receive inbound call inquiries from clients
  
• Input contract information in our database
  
• Implement client account transfers and verify changes
  
• Ensure all client account entries adhere to jurisdictional regulations
  
• Provide team members with proofreading, scanning, mailing and other administrative support
  
  Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
    
  • Accepted equivalent military experience
