Production Worker is an essential part of a fast?paced
manufacturing environment, supporting daily production operations
to ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and consistently.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail,
and the ability to follow established processes to maintain
high-quality standards. In this position, you will assist with
setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment used to
process and prepare materials for manufacturing. Responsibilities
include handling raw materials, supporting inventory needs,
performing routine quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and
organized workspace. The role also involves loading and unloading
materials, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. The ideal
candidate is reliable, safety?focused, and comfortable working
around machinery while meeting production goals in a team-oriented
environment. Responsibilities Machine Operation Set up, operate,
and monitor slitting machines to cut large rolls of filter media to
exact specifications. Operate pleating machines to create accurate
folds and maintain proper pleat spacing for filter performance. Use
a bandsaw to cut pleated material when required. Perform routine
machine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure
efficient operation. Production & Quality Ensure consistent product
quality by inspecting materials for size accuracy, spacing, and
overall workmanship. Maintain high attention to detail throughout
the production process to support downstream operations. Material
Handling & Inventory Pull materials from inventory and return
unused materials to designated locations. Assist in inventory
control and basic recordkeeping. Safely move and lift raw materials
up to 50 lbs as needed. Essential Skills Machine operation
experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to
operate and understand basic mechanical equipment. Strong general
production and labor skills. Quality inspection ability with a
focus on accuracy and consistency. Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with slitting, pleating, or other process-specific
machinery. Familiarity with production workflows and equipment

to Hire position based out of Canandaigua, NY. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility
