Job Title: Production Associate Location: Gates, NY Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate for a temp-to-perm role with a respected manufacturing client in Gates, NY . Shift Schedule Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Occasional Friday mornings based on production needs Pay Rate $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products throughout the shift. Safely load and unload products into kilns according to safety protocols. Assist in preparing mixes for grinding tool production by following detailed instructions. Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Take part in training programs and continuous improvement efforts to expand skills. Qualifications Physically able to lift and handle heavy materials consistently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes. Safety-first mindset with adherence to all safety protocols. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
