Job Description Job Description 3 month extendable contract BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • Must have basic computer skills, basic math skills, the ability to read and understand job instructions, and basic knowledge of tools. • Must be able to write legibly and use a numbering system. Must understand and obey all safety rules and be able to perform all job tasks in a safe and timely manner. • Must be willing to work overtime on weekends and off shift to cover absentees and vacations on other shifts. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Industrial/Mechanical experience preferred. Requires walking, lifting a minimum of 35 lbs., lifting above head, bending, twisting, pushing, stretching, squatting, pulling, reaching, standing, climbing, and carrying. • Will work around heat and fumes. • Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends. • Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required. Position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs some (up to all) of the following tasks: • Receive, sort, store, and take inventory of products in the warehouse. • Kitting finished goods, processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately. Inspect products for defects and damages. • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse. • Abide by all safety rules and provide ideas for improvement opportunities. • Keep the warehouse clean and organized. REQUIRED EDUCATION: • Accredited High School diploma or equivalent required.
