Job Description Job Description Summary Per Sé Group is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Inventory Control Specialist to support a short-term inventory project for a leading energy facility in Oswego, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for warehouse or stockroom professionals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and short-duration assignments that put their skills to use immediately. As a Stock Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, up-to-date inventory records for the plant’s stockroom/warehouse. You’ll conduct a full physical inventory count of parts and materials, helping the site prepare for upcoming maintenance and operational needs. This assignment lasts approximately one week , making it ideal for candidates seeking quick project-based work with a respected industry leader. This assignment offers: Rapid onboarding for a quick start Competitive weekly pay A reputable work environment where your contribution has immediate impact Responsibilities Perform a detailed physical inventory of all parts, equipment, and materials in the stockroom/warehouse Verify stock quantities against inventory logs and document discrepancies Organize and categorize materials to ensure efficient tracking and identification Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment Communicate effectively with onsite personnel regarding findings, questions, or issues Follow all plant and warehouse safety protocols and procedures Desired Experience & Skills 1 year of warehouse or stockroom experience Familiarity with inventory control systems, cycle counts, and stockroom operations Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of warehouse safety requirements The pay range for this role is $30-$35/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
