Job Description:
Saab, a leader in the defense and security domain, is seeking a
dedicated Field Service Representative to join our dynamic field
operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring operational
success and customer satisfaction by delivering expert technical
support and hands-on service for Saab's defense and security
systems. As a Field Service Representative, you will directly
contribute to the onsite implementation, troubleshooting, and
maintenance of our sophisticated systems, ensuring they operate at
peak efficiency in various challenging environments. Provide onsite
repair, installation, and maintenance of Saab’s military and civil
security products. Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting
to identify and resolve technical issues. Offer training and
support to clients on the proper use of Saab equipment, optimizing
their operational capabilities. Maintain detailed service reports
and documentation of all field activities. Collaborate with
engineering and product management teams to relay customer feedback
and assist with the development of product improvements. Ensure
compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a high standard
of professionalism and customer service during field operations.
Profound knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and software systems
in the defense sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of
working smoothly with both customers and internal teams. Ability to
perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of environmental
conditions. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
relevant to military and aerospace systems. Medical Insurance

in electronic or mechanical system repair is preferred. Additional
qualifications in project management or military training are
highly advantageous.
