Overview:Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513 bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.
Duties/Responsibilities--- Assistance with activities of daily living--- Identify and report changes in condition--- Participation in the pain management program--- Resident Advocate--- Infection prevention--- Interacting and engaging with residents and their families--- Active member of the interdisciplinary team--- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Requirements/Qualifications: --- Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment--- Excellent Customer Service skills--- New graduates are welcome
