Key Responsibilities:Support in the development of eLearning or instructor-led training courses based upon technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences Provide and facilitate effective training in all manufacturing areas Assist in measuring the success and efficiency of training.Provide feedback on training instructional design, coordination, delivery, and materials production.Assist to maintain current training curriculum and update as required.Assist with onboarding and orientation training for all new hiresMonitor and help facilitate the training schedule for new hiresMaintain training logs/documents for all employeesAssist with training of other employees that want to participate in trainingFacilitate a schedule to ensure completion of annual certificationsParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesParticipate in regular Gemba and Kaizen activitiesAnalyze data and reports for training that is neededAll other duties as assigned by the leadership teamYou Must HaveAssociates degree.Some experience in a manufacturing training/instructional environmentWE VALUEExcellent team and communication skillsExcellent writing and editing skillsAbility to facilitate training 1 on 1 and in a group settingExperience as a trainer/educator for technical products or processesTechnology skills; Microsoft Word, ExcelAbility to collaborate with others and work independentlyAbility to identify key training elementsAbility to identify root cause for competency gapsCreative thinking and idea generationSet up and change over equipment knowledgeAn ability to take initiative and work with limited directionHPS202020Additional InformationJOB ID: req373382Category: Customer ExperienceLocation: 436 North Eagle Street,Geneva,Ohio,44041-1157,United StatesBusiness ServicesHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
