Job Description:
The People Team Analyst will partner with the team to create and
implement new workflows and systems that align with both divisional
and corporate initiatives and programs. The People Team Analyst
will manage employee records, prepare and distribute reports using
HRIS/Office technology, and support employees with understanding HR
processes and procedures while ensuring proper authorizations and
data standards are maintained. This role also participates in
HR/HRIS-related projects and system upgrades. In addition, the
People Team Analyst will have the opportunity to learn other
processes of the People Department such as: onboarding and
offboarding, benefits and wellbeing, safety and workers
compensation, compliance, talent acquisition and branding, and much
more! Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and
confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working within the Human Resources field preferred
or have taken relevant courses
- A general understanding of systems and technology is required.
Experience with HRIS/ATS preferred
- Solid attention to detail and follow up
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel); Teams proficiency preferred
- General understanding of employment laws or eagerness to learn
