Description/Job SummaryThe HR Technology Coordinator will work closely with the HR Technology and Analytics team to provide systems support and leverage technology solutions to meet the organizations needs. The HR Technology Coordinator serves as first point of contact for technical support issues for Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Absence, Time Tracking and Advanced Compensation. This role maintains the integrity of data within our HR technology systems by reviewing input data and conducting regular audits, testing of system changes, reporting and data flow processes. Responsibilities/DutiesSupport team management in the administration and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) with a strong focus on WorkdayPerform business process configuration for modified or new processes within Workday, including security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitor appropriate data securityAnalyze user requests, identify problems, research solutions, and resolve technical problems as neededMaintain accurate and updated documentation and data in HR related systems (ie. HRIS, Imanage & Sharepoint)Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, developing user guides, maintaining project plans and communications related to HR Technology projectsOversee the tracking and processing of all HRIS related invoices ensuring items are submitted accurately and on timeMaintain functional knowledge of HR processes and complianceAssist in the distribution of the Wage Theft Prevention Act (WTPA) forms to all active employees in New York and Washington D.C.Provide end user support for applicant tracking system related questions (balanceTRAK)Perform other duties, projects and responsibilities as assignedRequired Experience3 years of experience within a corporate HR environment supporting Operations and/or AnalyticsProficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint requiredHighly collaborative with strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving proficienciesMust possess a combination of strategic and critical thinking skills, data analysis background required and reporting experience preferredEffective communicator, both verbally and writtenDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlinesAbility to use tact and discretion and maintain utmost confidentiality of personnel informationPreferred Experience2-3 years of experience in HRIS systems (i.e. UKG, Workday)Knowledge of federal and state laws that affect HR policies and procedures, including EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory/compliance lawsPrior experience with a talent management or applicant tracking systemRequired Education High School diploma or GED equivalent requiredPreferred EducationBachelors degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
