Pair Dental is looking for talented Oral Surgeons OMFS Oral Surgery Specialists. The practice we have requires an Oral Surgeon 1 - 2 days per month to come in for mostly alveolar extractions, 3rd molar XT's, and some IV and Implant Cases. A trained & certified Sedation DA may be provided & some of our practices have the ability to furnish all the instruments and equipment.

We represent over 500 talented traveling specialists nationally to connect them with GP practices interested in bringing specialty services in-house. Building out your career is challenging. Even if you own a private practice or work for a DSO, many specialists have available days in their schedule that they'd like to fill. Pair Dental has relationships with independent FFS/PPO practices all over the country who are looking for specialty providers like you to help improve patient care. Specialists generally get paid on a 50/50 split of adjusted production with the practice and typically produce $6,000 - $12,000 depending on a variety of factors. **How it work**s: After you've had a chance to meet and select some practices you'd like to work with, we'll continue to support the relationship by managing treatment days, setting payment terms, and billing the practice on your behalf. Pair Dental also provides credentialing, supplies procurement, team training, sourcing specialty assistants, and specialty billing services to minimize errors and increase your efficiency.
