McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. So, here's the details: Pay Rate: Drivers make $65,000 to $95,000 average in their first year $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. Regional routes, home time during the week and every weekend. Discount programs. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, tuition reimbursement program, and more! Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time. Many route options available including a traveling driver option with premium pay. Shuttle, yard drivers, linehaul and part-time are also available. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least 21 years of age. Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A, Class B, or Class C) with a clean driving record. Recent CDL graduate drivers. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
