Job Description:

Always drives guests' vehicles to and from the assigned parking area in an efficient, safe manner. The Lodge is home to the Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond rated Wildflowers restaurant, and the 33,000 square foot, Forbes Four-Star, award-winningspa, Skana.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Always completes appropriate vehicle inspections.
• Accurately fills out the key information tickets for each set of guests' keys and stores the keys accordingly.
• Consistently and carefully hangs keys and pulls them out of the key cabinet.
• Accurately observes assigned areas for any unauthorized tampering with guests' vehicles and immediately reports any incidents to the Supervisor/Manager and/or security.
• Accurately and thoroughly completes all required operational forms and reports.
• Always works cooperatively with Door and Bell staff to ensure a high standard of service.
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
  
  
• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have experience in a guest contact position.
• Must possess a valid NYS Driver's license with no moving violations in the past 12 months.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  Physical Requirements:
  
  
• Must be able to bend, run, and drive
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to frequently grasp up to 2 lbs.
• Repetitive use of feet when driving vehicles.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
