Job Description:
Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the food
court, including planning and developing menus, forecasting food
needs, maintaining inventory and monitoring service needs. Ensures
compliance with University Food Services, County, State, and Union
policies and laws. Observes and trains employees to ensure constant
and consistent service, awareness of food allergies, cross contact,
proper food handling and cooking techniques. Communicates and
implements operational goals, policies, franchise standards, and
University systems to supervisors and staff. Respond to inquiries
and complaints from customers. Oversee cash audits, health
inspections, and franchise inspections. Address and resolve union
issues.
