Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of recent dermatology clinical experience Current NY medical license in hand Recent EPIC electronic health record experience BLS certification mandatory Excellent patient management and communication skills Ability to perform minor surgical procedures (preferred option) Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle a patient load of 25-35 per day Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Skills Prior experience supporting clinics in various settings, including outpatient dermatology Additional certifications in dermatology procedures or lasers Fluency in multiple languages to enhance patient communication Experience with flexible scheduling and supporting float duties Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board-eligible or board-certified in dermatology At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience post-licensure Prior experience working in EPIC electronic health record systems Other Requirements NY State medical license required prior to start date Participation in a comprehensive benefits program, including licensure and certification reimbursements, travel support, and reimbursements for licensure and certifications Willingness to support Clifton Springs Dermatology in addition to primary location at Genesee Valley Dermatology Availability to start as early as 02/16/2026, with a contract period ending on 08/31/2026 Support staff ratio: one support staff (LPN, RN, MA) per 12 patients This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $267.54, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and an attractive referral bonus program.
