Job Description:
Job Description Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and
reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational
Nurse (LVN) to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of
registered nurses and physicians. The LPN/LVN will assist with
patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and
support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care. Key
Responsibilities : •Provide basic patient care, including taking
vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring
patient conditions. •Administer medications and treatments as
directed by the healthcare provider. •Assist with wound care,
dressing changes, and other procedures as needed. •Document patient
care and communicate any changes in patient status to the RN or
physician. •Support the healthcare team in ensuring a safe and
comfortable environment for patients. Qualifications : •Current
LPN/LVN license in New York. •Experience in a healthcare setting
preferred. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability
to work effectively in a team and provide compassionate patient
care.
