Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Rochester, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,636 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Rochester, New York, 14642! Job Title: Cardiac OR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Two (2) years of experience required License: RN License (New York) Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only) Must-Have: Ability to independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases Description: The Adult Cardiac Operating Room cares for a wide variety of patients. Cases include CABGs, TAVIs, and heart failure procedures such as VADs, ECMO, artificial hearts, and heart transplants. The OR staff uses a multidisciplinary approach to care for patients of all ages. Candidates must have the ability to independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases. This may include CABGs, structural heart cases, minimally invasive procedures, and heart failure cases. Experience in transplant and TAVI/TAVR is preferred but not required. Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma setting is highly desired.
