Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Watertown, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,560 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: ED RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7p-7a Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience required. Critical care and charge experience preferred. Travel experience required. Emergency Department experience preferred but may begin entry level. License: Current NYS RN license required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. PALS required or obtained within six months of hire/transfer. Must-Have: MEDITECH experience required. Ability to identify and intervene in life-threatening situations. Recognizes safety issues to self and others. Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. Must successfully complete lethal dysrhythmia exam during probation and be defibrillation certified within six months of employment. Must be IV, medication, and phlebotomy certified. Description: May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care. Ability to assess patient's needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual. Must be able to function well in stressful situations. Good, creative problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to assess and implement the safe use of lifts to move patients. Must have the ability to engage effectively with patients and their families.
