Technician in a cardiovascular/OR setting. This role supports
surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other staff by preparing
for and assisting in surgical procedures, handling instruments, and
maintaining a safe, efficient operating environment. Key
Responsibilities - Scrub in for surgical cases and assist the
surgical team - Prepare and maintain instruments, supplies,
medication, and surgical media - Handle specimens and ensure proper
labeling and transport - Support OR workflow and maintain sterility
and safety standards - Collaborate with surgeons, RNs,
anesthesiologists, and support staff - Follow hospital policies and
regulatory guidelines for surgical procedures Requirements -
Cardiovascular/Open Heart OR experience required - Certifications:
BLS and NBSTSA - Ability to work standard shifts with flexibility
as needed - Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique,
and OR protocols - Strong teamwork and communication skills About
