Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Neuro Job Details: • Work 36 hours per week in day/evening/night rotation schedule • Holiday, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities per unit needs • Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill neurological patients in a 12-bed ICU • Care for patients with traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies • Work in brand new state-of-the-art intensive care unit • New York RN License required (NY License ONLY) • Minimum 2 years RN experience with ICU acute care experience required • Telemetry experience required • Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills • Ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care required • Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) and ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Facility: This healthcare facility operates a Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit with a primary focus on critically ill neurological patients requiring specialized nursing and medical care.
